INTRODUÇÃO

Nearly five years after we were introduced to Kat and her cosmic feline Dusty, Gravity Rush is back with another mind-bending sequel. You will be introduced to new characters and reunite was old ones as Kat, once again, has to save the day. This time, however, Raven is coming along for the ride. If you’ve played the original game, you will be right at home. The game feels very familiar and you’ll likely find that shifting gravity is just like riding a bike.

PASSO A PASSO

Step 1: Story and Side Missions (while keeping an eye on Mining)

Complete all 27 main missions as well as all 49 side missions. What I did was complete all available side missions before continuing the main story. By the time you complete all side missions, you will have enough furniture to earn Pipe Coordinator as some side missions reward you with furniture. Also, you should easily reach 1,000 enemies defeated by the time you complete this step for Kat versus World.

I suggest taking the opportunity to go mining in certain trenches as you progress through the story and side missions. You only need to worry about mining zones that say “Strange Gravitational Phenomena” or “Gravity Storm in Progress.” You will get an in-game notification when this is the case. You need to defeat the Giant Nevi in each of the five zones for Rift Hunter, and those only appear in a “Strange Gravitational Phenomena.” Mining Instructions will have you completing trials as you go deeper into the trench, and only appear when there is a “Gravity Storm in Progress.” Luckily, you only have to do that in one mining zone and you only need to reach Layer 3, which isn’t at all deep. If you wait too long to work on these, then you may have a frustrating time waiting for these events to appear. See those trophies for more details.

In the process, you can also work on any of the combat trophies along the way. Also, collect gems as you go.

Completing this step should grant you:

Kat Rising
Gravity Test
Banga Sets Sail
Jirga Para Lhao Revolution
Hekseville Twilight
Fin
A Day in Kat’s Life
Kat’s Daily Routine
Kat Working Overtime
Lifetime Service Award
Kat versus World
Mining Expert
Sacred Trio
Pipe Coordinator
Mining Instructions
Rift Hunter

Step 2: Collectables

With the exception of manholes, collectables in this game require you to take pictures of specific people, sites and paintings. These will be introduced to you through certain side missions in the second half of the game. Completing those side missions will reward you with photo collections, which will allow you to pursue the respective trophies. See the following trophies for further details.

Completing this step should grant you:

Saghassi Fan
Saghassi Maniac
Tour Guide
Tour Conductor
Camera Men
Smile for the Camera
Sewer Aficionado

Step 3: Gem Farming and Challenges

Challenges are back! You have 20 of them to earn gold in. Challenges will have you racing to beat the clock, throwing boxes, running from a large group of people and more! This is easier to accomplish the more you’re upgraded, which is why I have this and gem farming in the same step. I personally recommend focusing on Stasis upgrades as that power will prove to be more than useful throughout the game and pursuing gold in these challenges. Some challenges unlock by reaching certain parts in the story or completing certain side missions. Challenges award you with gems, which will make the gem farming slightly more bearable. You will need 87,000 gems to fully upgrade Kat. By the time you finish all main and side missions, as well as all challenges, you will still be quite a bit short. See Power Kat for a good farming location.

Completing this step should grant you:

New Challenger
Bronze Medalist
Silver Medalist
Gold Medalist
Power Gem
Power Kat

Step 4: Miscellaneous

Finally, you want to pick up whatever trophies you haven’t earned at this point. Most likely whatever combat trophies you’ve missed. You may have avoided merging a Talisman three times for Talisman Crafter as well.

Completing this step should grant you:

Lunar Vortex
Ball of Destruction
Surge of Power
Cat Claw
High Wind Alert
Event Horizon
Talisman Crafter
Ultimate Shifter

GUIA DE TROFÉUS

Ultimate Shifter
Collected every trophy.

This is no different than any other Platinum and is earned once you’ve obtained the other 36 trophies. No DLC trophies are required to earn this.

Gravity Test
Completed the gravity shifting tutorial.

Story related and impossible to miss.

Shortly after completing Episode 1, you will find yourself in this tutorial. Complete it and the trophy will be yours.

A Day in Kat’s Life
Completed 1 side mission.

See Lifetime Service Award

Kat’s Daily Routine
Completed 20 side missions.

See Lifetime Service Award

Kat Working Overtime
Completed 40 side missions.

See Lifetime Service Award

Lifetime Service Award
Completed all side missions.

There are 49 side missions total, which become available over the course of the story. I suggest doing all available side missions before continuing the main story. Some side missions unlock Challenges, others give you items and every few completed grants you increased health and gravity. These appear at appropriate times in that you will never come across one that will require you to be stronger than you currently are.

Lunar Vortex
Grabbed 5 enemies with one Lunar Style Vortex Field.

In Lunar Style, grab an object in Stasis then toss it in a crowd of enemies. The Vortex Field will grab a few enemies, damaging them. If the Vortex grabs five or more enemies, the trophy will pop. The easiest way to earn this is to select Episode 18: Two Angels. You will quickly reach a point where there are more than enough enemies, who aren’t even bothered to attack you.

Ball of Destruction
Defeated 3 enemies with one Jupiter Style Debris Ball.

In Jupiter Style, hold to create a giant debris ball. Then chuck it at a group of enemies. If you defeat three, the trophy will pop. Easiest way to earn this is to select Episode 18: Two Angels. You will quickly reach a point where there are more than enough enemies, who aren’t even bothered to attack you.

Surge of Power
Defeated 5 enemies with one Jupiter Style Surge Kick.

In Jupiter Style, perform a Gravity Kick as you normally would. With Jupiter Style, you can hold to charge up for a more powerful kick. If you defeat five enemies with a single Surge Kick, the trophy will pop. Easiest way to earn this is to select Episode 18: Two Angels. You will quickly reach a point where there are more than enough enemies, who aren’t even bothered to attack you.

Cat Claw
Defeated 10 enemies with one Spiraling Claw.

Spiraling Claw is Kat’s special move while in Normal Style. You need to first build up your special meter and then activate it with There are upgrades that increases the length of this move. Once you defeat ten enemies, the trophy will pop. Easiest way to earn this is to select Episode 18: Two Angels. You will quickly reach a point where there are more than enough enemies, who aren’t even bothered to attack you.

High Wind Alert
Defeated 10 enemies within 10 seconds using one Gravity Typhoon.

Gravity Typhoon is Kat’s special move while in Lunar Style. You need to first build up your special meter and then activate it with There are upgrades that increases the length of this move. Once you activate it, start aiming at enemies and Kat will automatically fire objects at enemies. She cannot be hit in the process so make sure you have some space between you and the enemies. Once you defeat ten enemies in ten seconds, the trophy will pop. The Easiest way to earn this is to select Episode 18: Two Angels. You will quickly reach a point where there are more than enough enemies, who aren’t even bothered to attack you.

Event Horizon
Defeated 10 enemies with one Micro Black Hole.

Micro Black Hole is Kat’s special move while in Jupiter Style. You need to first build up your special meter and then activate it with There are upgrades that increases the length of this move. Once you defeat ten enemies, the trophy will pop. The easiest way to earn this is to select Episode 18: Two Angels. You will quickly reach a point where there are more than enough enemies, who aren’t even bothered to attack you.

Mining Instructions
Reached the 3rd Layer of the Delvool Mining Trench.

There are five locations that can be mined for ore. Check with one of the characters who can take you down to a mining trench. What you’re looking for is a mining site that says “Gravity Storm in Progress” as I don’t believe this can be done otherwise. Select it and get to work.

As soon as you drop in, check your map and set a waypoint to the portal that will take you to Layer 1 and head to it. Once you’re in the first layer, start searching around for a Stone Tablet. These are just like the ones you encounter multiple time throughout the story. Approach it and you will have to complete a trial. These can be something like “Defeat all enemies” or “Take a picture of five different Nevi.” As soon as you complete one, a portal will open up that will take you to the next layer. Check your map for its location. You only need to complete two of these trials. As soon as you enter the 3rd layer, the trophy will pop.

This can be very frustrating if you hold off on this too long. As of right now, it’s unknown what exactly causes these to spawn. It could be a variety of factors but nothing is known for certain except that online isn’t a factor. It may take days before the one you’re looking for spawns. I suggest keeping an eye on these as you progress.

Kat versus World
Defeated 1,000 enemies.

This will very likely be earned before completing every challenge, main and side mission. Especially considering there is a side mission, A Game of Gravity, that requires you to defeat 100 enemies.

New Challenger
Played a challenge mission.

See Gold Medalist

Bronze Medalist
Completed all challenge missions with bronze or better.

See Gold Medalist

Silver Medalist
Completed all challenge missions with silver or better.

See Gold Medalist

Gold Medalist
Completed all challenge missions with gold or better.

Challenges unlock over the course of story as well as specific side missions. There are 20 challenges and you’re required to earn gold in all of them. You will be using Stasis in most of them so I recommend having the ability to hold six objects in Stasis. Whether that be through upgrading or equipping a talisman that increases the number of objects you can hold (reward for Aggressive Sales Tactics I and II).

Sacred Trio
Equipped all three types of talismans at one time.

There are three types of talisman: Lunar, Normal and Jupiter. Each of them give you a perk such as increased health, faster Gravity recovery and so on. You will acquire plenty of talisman over the course of play. Once you have one of each, equip one in each slot to earn the trophy.

Talisman Crafter
Merged a talisman 3 times.

You will unlock the ability to merge talisman later in the story. You can only merge talismans at a specific location in Hekseville but to merge one, simply select two of the available talismans and confirm the merger. Do this three times and the trophy will be yours.

Saghassi Fan
Found all of Saghassi’s Paintings in Jirga Para Lhao.

See Saghassi Maniac for more details

Saghassi Maniac
Found all of Saghassi’s Paintings in Hekseville.

To unlock the Photo Gallery necessary to complete this, you will first need to finish the side mission Wandering Artistry (unlocked after One Day, This Crush Will End). This introduces the Saghassi paintings and allows you to add them to your collection. There are ten paintings in Jirga Para Lhao and ten in Hekseville. These appear as white chalk drawings on walls throughout each respective cities. These are often in obscure locations making you wonder how Saghassi even managed it (as is the case with most graffiti you see). When you find one, take a picture of it then the game will recognize that it is a painting and you will be able to add it to your collection.

Note: If the game is being stubborn and won’t recognize the site, painting, etc. and repeatedly taking pictures of it from different angles won’t work, try exiting out of the game and booting it back up.

Tour Guide
Discovered all of the sites in Jirga Para Lhao.

To unlock the Photo Gallery necessary to complete this, you first need to finish the side mission The New World. Throughout Jirga Para Lhao there are ten sites for you to take pictures of. These are usually landmarks that stand out e.g. a statue. The game will recognize that it is a one of the landmarks and you will be able to add it to your collection. There is one that can only be found during a main story mission and you would’ve already passed it by the time you unlock this gallery which means you will have replay part of the mission. In Episode 10: No Messiah, No Message, you will eventually reach a point where you see a large fish statue. Snap a picture of it.

Note: If the game is being stubborn and won’t recognize the site, painting, etc. and repeatedly taking pictures of it from different angles won’t work, try exiting out of the game and booting it back up.

Tour Conductor
Discovered all of the sites in Hekseville.

To unlock the Photo Gallery necessary to complete this, you first need to finish the side mission The New World. Throughout Hekseville there are ten sites for you to take pictures of. These are usually landmarks that stand out such as a statue. The game will recognize that it is one of the landmarks and you will be able to add it to your collection.

Note: If the game is being stubborn and won’t recognize the site, painting, etc. and repeatedly taking pictures of it from different angles won’t work, try exiting out of the game and booting it back up.

Camera Men
Completed the men’s portrait collection.

See Smile for the Camera for more details.

Smile for the Camera
Completed the women’s portrait collection.

To unlock the Photo Gallery necessary to complete this, you first need to finish the side mission Oh Sweet Little Lady. There are 10 men and 10 women you need to take a picture of spanning both Jirga Para Lhao and Hekseville. You will be given clues in the Photo Collection and have to figure out where the person is, based off that but they will be standing still at their location so you don’t have to worry about them wandering around. The game will recognize that it is one of the men/women so will be able to add it to your collection.

Note: If the game is being stubborn and won’t recognize the site, painting, etc. and repeatedly taking pictures of it from different angles won’t work, try exiting out of the game and booting it back up.

Mining Expert
Collected 5 talisman stones.

This will be earned very early in the game and you will have at least ten times as many by the time you earn the Platinum. Talisman can be earned by mining ores, completing main/side missions and one for each Giant Nevi you kill.

Pipe Coordinator
Placed 9 types of furniture in Kat’s Pipe House.

In the game, you can acquire different types of furniture to decorate Kat’s home e.g. beds, chairs, desks and so on. You need to place nine different types of them in Kat’s home (there’s more than nine types). These can be earned by completing certain side missions as well as online treasure hunts. You will be able to earn this without the online treasure hunts. Once you have placed your furniture, exit out of the menu to confirm your decision then the trophy will pop.

Sewer Aficionado
Discovered every mysterious warp manhole.

Throughout the open world, there are select manholes that you need to discover. These will have a glow around them, which you have to walk over. The purpose of these is for fast travelling so it’s very useful to find them early on in the game.

Power Kat
Raised all of Kat’s powers to the maximum.

You need 87,000 precious gems. By the time I finished every story and side mission, as well as most challenges, I was still roughly 50,000 short. Before you worry about farming, try to do as many challenges as possible. Earning Bronze, Silver and Gold each give you gems.

With this, I averaged roughly 350.5 gems a minute. It took about an hour and 17 minutes to go from 60,000 gems to the 87,000 required for this trophy. Equip any gem attracting talisman you have to make life a little easier.

Rift Hunter
Defeated the five giant Nevi that appear with mining site gravity disturbances.

Note: Giant Nevi are not the Rare Nevi. Rare Nevi are something completely different and hunting them is not necessary for Platinum.

There are five locations you are able to mine. All five can spawn a Giant Nevi and when one spawns, you will receive a notification saying “Strange Gravitational Phenomena.” As soon as you see it, talk to one of the characters who are able to drop you in a mining trench and select the site you want to go to. Once you’re at the site, it will be empty; with the exception of the Giant Nevi itself. Fly to the location indicated by the arrow.

The Giant Nevi is the large Nevi that throws its scythe at you. It has multiple weak points. Once those all break, it will reveal one final one. The easiest approach to defeating one is to hang back spamming Stasis objects at it. It can be a little annoying trying to Gravity Kick it. Move around and find object to throw at it. If you can’t find any more objects (or in the case of the Toflug site, there weren’t any to begin with), switch to Lunar Style and Wormhole Kick it. It’s faster than the other styles, and you can avoid its scythe. It’s good to have talisman equipped that increase your offense and defense.

This can be very frustrating if you hold off on this too long. As of right now, it’s unknown what exactly causes these to spawn. It could be a variety of factors but nothing is known for certain except that online isn’t a factor. It may take days before the one you’re looking for, spawns so I suggest keeping an eye on these at about the halfway point in the story. It might be possible earlier but these enemies can be problematic if you aren’t strong enough.

Gem Collector
Collected 60,000 precious gems.

See Power Kat for a farming location as that trophy requires more than 60,000 gems.

Hidden Trophies

Kat Rising
Returned to Banga Settlement.

Story related and can’t be missed.

This is earned at the conclusion of the Prologue.

Note: Throughout the game you will face numerous bosses and these can usually be approached no differently than anything else you encounter. Most have obvious weak points that you will be directed to. If there’s anything special you need to do, the game will give you a heads up. In the event you’re faced with multiple bosses, focus on one at a time.

Banga Sets Sail
Completed the Banga Chapter.

Story related and can’t be missed.

This is earned at the conclusion of Episode 4.

Jirga Para Lhao Revolution
Completed the Jirga Para Lhao Chapter.

Story related and can’t be missed.

This is earned at the conclusion of Episode 12.

Hekseville Twilight
Completed the Hekseville Chapter.

Story related and can’t be missed.

This earned at the conclusion of Episode 20.

Fin
Completed the Eto Chapter.

Story related and can’t be missed.

To start this line of missions, you must speak with a mysterious character numerous times across the city. This will appear like any normal civilian conversation. Eventually a new mission will appear, which will be a point of no return but don’t worry as you will be able to come back. This is earned at the conclusion of Episode 27, as soon as the credits finish up and you’re back in control.
